Job summary

Fayara.com is seeking its first in-house legal hire to own Legal, Tax and Structuring across a fast-growing international digital business. The role covers multiple countries and entities, with offices in Madrid, Rotterdam and Limassol, Cyprus, and the structure continues to evolve as we scale.

This hands-on role involves drafting and managing contracts, building a governance framework, coordinating with external advisors, and providing clear recommendations to leadership to move the business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Legal, Tax or Structuring.
• Experience in a digital, online business is essential.
• Extensive experience with multi-country, multi-entity international structures.
• Hands-on ability to draft and review agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage commercial, employment, intercompany and other contracts.
• Build and maintain a consistent legal and tax framework across entities.
• Own corporate records, governance and filings for multiple entities.
• Oversee multi-country structure, transfer pricing, IP licensing and tax matters.
• Identify risks and translate into practical actions; coordinate external advisors.
• Translate legal/tax issues into clear recommendations for management.
• M&A support from a Legal and Tax perspective.
