Legora is seeking a Head of Legal Engineering for Spain, based in Madrid, to establish the commercial and delivery engine for Spain and Portugal. You will set the craft bar, build the team, and partner with Go-to-Market and Engagement to scale high-stakes client work.

You will lead hires, coach a growing team of Legal Engineers, and shape strategy and governance for complex multi-stakeholder programs across enterprise engagements.

Formación

• Qualified lawyers with leadership experience in legal tech or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams, with clear succession planning.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders in legal and commercial teams.
• Ability to translate complex legal problems into repeatable workflows and playbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up the Legal Engineering function for Spain and Portugal from Madrid, establishing rhythm, quality bar, capacity model and partnerships.
• Hire exceptional Legal Engineers and future leaders, manage sourcing, interviews, onboarding and ramp.
• Build a manager layer of Team Leads and delegate decision rights with clear succession paths.
• Provide direct, evidence-based feedback and coach for performance and values.
• Partner with local commercial leadership on priority accounts, pilots, and escalations; connect activity to revenue.
