Biopharma Careers is seeking a People Development Partner to shape the talent development portfolio across the organization. This role serves as the main contact for learning consulting, aligning with a global learning initiative and culture.

You will design customized solutions, evaluate programs, and collaborate with vendors to deliver training materials. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in L&D/OD, strong analytics, and experience with regulated industries.

Formación

• 10–12 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
• End-to-end ownership of learning programs
• Consulting experience with senior stakeholders
• Translate business strategies into capability roadmaps and deliver multi-region projects
• Experience in regulated, science-led industries is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business priorities
• Manage the annual Learning & Development portfolio
• Design customized learning solutions and evaluate training effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure regulatory compliance
