Merck is seeking a senior People Development Partner to shape the talent development portfolio and serve as the primary learning consultant across our organization. • Minimum 10–12 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
• Experience owning end-to-end learning programs and translating business strategies into capability roadmaps.
• Proven consulting experience with senior stakeholders and delivering multi-region projects on time and budget.
