Galderma is seeking a Global L&D Programs Lead to build and scale leadership capabilities across the organization. This role shapes how leaders think, decide, and show up—from first-time managers to senior global leaders, embedding leadership into the business.

You’ll design and scale leadership journeys, partnering with senior HR and business leaders across commercial, medical, and corporate functions, and move beyond classroom training to high-impact scalable formats.

Formación

• Strong experience in Learning & Development with a focus on leadership development.
• Experience designing and scaling leadership programs globally.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives.
