Roche seeks a proactive global learning lead to translate needs into strategic learning initiatives and deliver end-to-end projects within a complex matrix. You will collaborate with GCS, regional teams and affiliates to ensure data-driven decisions and effective governance.

Qualifikationen

Experience with learning technologies and training delivery
Experience designing, delivering, or managing learning programs or educational tech platforms (LMS, webinars)
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives in a global structure

Translate learning needs into high-impact initiatives with clear objectives
Own end-to-end project delivery with defined scope, schedule, and resources
Drive cross-functional collaboration across GCS, regional leadership and affiliates
Enable data-driven decisions by collecting and analyzing performance data
Establish disciplined project governance with meetings, decisions and actions
Lead change management and stakeholder communications for program rollout
