Adalvo is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to define and deliver a global learning strategy, building capabilities to support growth and a high-performance culture. You will own the full learning lifecycle from diagnostics to design, delivery and measurement, collaborating with leaders, HR and external partners.

Reporting to the CHRO, this role drives digital and in-house development, LinkedIn Learning adoption, and scalable programs across a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Learning, or related field.
• Significant progressive experience leading L&D, preferably in regulated, global environments.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end L&D lifecycle and scalable learning strategy.
• Strong instructional design and ability to produce high-quality training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute global L&D strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Lead governance, curriculum architecture and global training calendar.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
• Own L&D budget, supplier strategy, standards and reporting.
