MIGx AG is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives in a fast-growing, international environment. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate diverse teams and vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining high quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and SAFe.
• Experience with end-to-end IT project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage end-to-end IT projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Engage with clients to clarify goals and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors and contractors.
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate testing and QA to meet requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, IT and vendors.
