Unilabs Group is looking for an IT Finance & Performance Analyst in Barcelona who will drive financial planning, cost transparency, and performance management within IT. The successful candidate will need 3-5 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model that encourages flexibility.

This role involves close collaboration with IT and Finance departments, preparing reports, and presenting insights for decision-making. Competitive compensation and benefits will be offered.

Formación

• Experience in Finance, Controlling, or Business Analysis is required.
• Proven ability to develop presentations from complex data.
• Prior exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT cost allocation and financial reporting.
• Coordinate budget cycles with Finance and IT stakeholders.
