Multinational Retail Company in Madrid is seeking an International IT Project Leader to drive delivery and ongoing optimization of tech solutions across Europe. You will oversee front-end, back-end and integration layers and ensure Franchisee partners have the capabilities and knowledge to operate the Tech Operating Model.

Collaborating with regional Digital, Marketing, OPS and Franchisee teams, you will define the tech roadmap, ensure governance, and promote best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT strategy and governance for European markets.
• Collaborate with Franchisees to implement the Tech Operating Model.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery across front-end, back-end and integration layers.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Franchisee IT teams.
