Job summary

Werfen is seeking an IT Digital Enablement Lead in Barcelona to serve as the primary IT strategic partner for the value stream. You will drive the digital enablement strategy, translate business priorities into a technology agenda, and lead a team of IT Digital Enablement Partners to deliver measurable value.

The role requires a strong background in IT within regulated environments, extensive leadership experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years leading IT/digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT digital enablement strategy for the assigned value stream, aligning with global IT and business priorities.
• Shape investments and champion adoption of digital capabilities, prioritizing initiatives with solid business cases and benefits realization (data, analytics, automation, integration, AI/ML).
• Ensure adoption of initiatives by coordinating with internal IT teams in line with global policies, standards and tools.
• Lead and develop the IT Digital Enablement Partners team, with focus on performance, development, and succession.
