SYNLAB International in Barcelona seeks an IT Infrastructure Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison between country IT teams and Group IT Infrastructure, ensuring alignment of services, projects and strategic initiatives.

You will translate complex technical topics for business stakeholders, coordinate cross-country programs, manage risks, and drive standardization and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape.

Formación

• Several years of experience in senior IT Infrastructure, Infrastructure Service Management, architecture, consulting, or delivery.
• Experience working in complex, international, distributed organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure services, models, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and service charging models.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Infrastructure contact for assigned countries and establish trusted relationships with country IT and business stakeholders.
• Support alignment and prioritization of country requirements with Group IT priorities.
• Provide visibility of Infrastructure services, initiatives, and project progress to country stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular service and project reviews with country stakeholders, service owners, and project managers.
• Consolidate view of KPIs, service quality, risks, recurring issues and improvement activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, standardization, automation, efficiency, and risk reduction.
• Escalate unresolved issues, risks, blockers, and conflicting priorities when required.
• Capture, structure and prioritize country Infrastructure requirements; translate into actionable input for teams.
• Support assessment of new demands considering impact, feasibility, security, compliance and alignment.
• Maintain transparency across active and planned projects including milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate country dependencies, local resources, testing, readiness and key decisions.
• Support transition of projects into operational services with documentation and monitoring.
