Unilabs is seeking an IT Strategy & Performance Analyst in Barcelona to act as the analytical engine of the CIO Office. You will drive IT cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, delivering data-driven insights to senior stakeholders across IT and Finance.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance, and market teams to ensure transparency, consistency, and efficiency in IT financial management, including c-level presentations and decision-ready materials.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Performance Management, Finance Business Partnering, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to develop well-structured presentations and translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights.
• Experience in transformation programs or international environments is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with IT environments or cost allocation methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cost Transparency: support IT TBM cost allocation implementation and HQ allocations to Markets.
• Planning & Forecasting: coordinate budgets, forecasts, month-end closing, and accruals activities.
• Financial Performance Reviews: analyze IT and markets' performance and prepare executive-level reports.
