Ambit Iberia is seeking an IT O&L System Lead to ensure operational excellence, stability, and compliance across global systems. You will oversee day-to-day operations, enforce IT standards, and guide lifecycle management with cloud, data platforms, and infrastructure expertise.

You will monitor SLAs, manage incidents, and coordinate changes while enabling smooth system transitions and knowledge transfer within international teams. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 2+ years as System Lead or similar IT operations role.
• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge: databases, servers, cloud, networking.
• ITIL fundamentals certification preferred.
• Experience with AWS services and data platforms.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; IaC knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor SLAs, access controls, audit trails and operational KPIs.
• Maintain system documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate backups, DR testing, and patching.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes end-to-end.
• Implement small software/configuration changes.
• Coordinate software management across IT and business teams.
• Capture, assess and process business demands.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on migrations and retirement.
• Oversee system archiving, onboarding, and transitions.
• Support EOC onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Communicate progress to the EOC reporting team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
