Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Internal Communications Specialist to drive engaging messaging across our international organization. You will create and publish content for intranets, newsletters, emails, and social channels, and partner with leaders to align messaging with business priorities.

With at least three years in corporate communications, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English, you will oversee channels, measure engagement, and leverage Microsoft 365 and AI tools to improve

• 3+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 with strong writing and communications skills.
• Experience with intranet systems and collaboration tools like Teams and Viva Engage.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and interest in AI/automation tools (Copilot).
• Analytical mindset to track engagement and improve effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with priorities.
• Create, edit, and publish content for intranet, newsletters, emails, and socials.
• Manage and maintain internal channels ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate global campaigns, engagement initiatives, and culture programs.
• Prepare leadership materials: presentations, notes, messages for events.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and regions to align messaging.
• Support town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on engagement improvements.
• Maintain templates, toolkits, and repositories for consistency.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance processes.
