Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Internal Communications Specialist to join our global communications team. You will craft and publish engaging internal content across channels, support campaigns, and help strengthen our culture through storytelling and employee engagement.

The role requires 3+ years in internal communications, a bachelor’s degree, and native-level English. You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions and leverage Microsoft 365 and AI tools to improve communication

Formación

• 3+ years in internal/corporate communications or related
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related discipline
• Native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) with strong writing
• Experience with internal comms platforms (intranet, Viva Engage, Teams)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS 365 and interest in AI/automation tools
• Ability to track engagement metrics and report on effectiveness

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of internal communication strategies aligned with global priorities
• Create, edit, and publish content for intranet, newsletters, emails
• Manage internal channels to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate global campaigns and employee engagement programs
• Prepare leadership materials: presentations, talking points, key messages
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions
• Support town halls, leadership meetings and internal events
• Monitor metrics and prepare reports to improve effectiveness
• Maintain templates, toolkits, and content repositories
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance processes
