Chubb in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an Underwriter Operations Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports global account documentation, interfaces with Underwriters, Brokers and clients, and assists with renewals and related tasks.

You’ll join a Global Services team, learn the insurance business, and contribute to process improvements while working in a hybrid setup with some work-from-home days.

Formación

• Advanced level English language skills.
• Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
• Interest in the insurance industry; previous experience is helpful but not essential.
• Experience supporting multinational insurance projects is desirable, but not required.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• A customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the issue of policy documentation in line with agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.
• Working with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb offices, and other external parties to help manage account-related queries.
• Assisting with business development and client relationship activities.
• Supporting Global Client Service Executives and Underwriters with account-related tasks.
• Contributing to projects and improvements within the Global Services team.
• Helping to ensure Chubb’s service standards are met and, where possible, exceeded.
• Working in line with Chubb’s ethical and service standards.
