Novartis seeks an Associate Director, IMACE Scientific Content, Immunology, in Barcelona, hybrid. You will transform international medical strategies into compelling scientific content to support launches, lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.

Lead development of assets across markets, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with governance standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to enable scalable, modular content and global consistency.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Medical Affairs/Scientific Content experience in pharma.
• Demonstrated ability to design and oversee diverse asset development (slides, training, digital assets).
• Experience delivering international scientific content strategies and collaborations across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Medical Affairs and Immunology strategies into clear content plans and roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver high-quality scientific content across Immunology portfolio.
• Create scientifically accurate materials including slide decks, training materials, and digital assets.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle initiatives through proactive planning and content delivery.
• Partner with International and Global Medical Affairs teams to align messaging and priorities.
• Act as a key content partner to regions and countries to maintain scientific consistency and alignment.
• Enable scalable, modular content for reuse, localization and omnichannel engagement.
• Ensure materials meet quality, compliance, governance and scientific rigor.
