Novartis in Barcelona is seeking an Associate Director, IMACE Scientific Content, Immunology. You will translate International Medical Affairs strategies into compelling scientific content to support launch readiness and lifecycle management across markets.

You will lead development of assets including slide decks, digital content, and training materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related discipline (PhD/PharmD/MD).
• Minimum 5+ years of Medical Affairs, Scientific Content experience in pharma.
• Experience designing and overseeing development of assets: slides, training materials, congress materials, digital assets, omnichannel content.
• Experience developing and executing scientific content/communication strategies at international scale.
• Experience across country-level and regional/global roles.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategies into clear content plans and execution roadmaps.
• Support development of high-quality scientific content across Immunology portfolio.
• Create scientifically accurate materials (slides, content, assets).
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle initiatives through planning and delivery.
• Partner with International and Global Medical Affairs to align messaging.
• Act as content partner to regions ensuring consistency and alignment.
• Enable modular content approaches for localization and omnichannel use.
• Ensure materials meet quality, compliance, and governance standards.
