Novartis is seeking a Content Enablement Authoring & Taxonomy Solution Delivery Lead to shape and deliver innovative Content Enablement products for our international teams. You will deliver robust business use cases and solutions that drive outstanding customer experiences, collaborating with global stakeholders to align with client needs and Novartis standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading delivery of enterprise scale Content Authoring products.
• Experience with Content Authoring platforms (Anthill Activator, Shamango).
• 4+ years of experience working with a Content creation platforms is required.
• Strong experience in Anthill Activator, Shamango configurations, Veeva Vault, taxonomy configurations.
• Strong understanding of Activator, Shamango, Veeva Vault native configurations & product capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM configurations.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and managing distributed teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex delivery landscapes and multiple parallel initiatives
• Strong program and project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).
• Proficiency in English Engineering or IT background

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product Authoring & Taxonomy solutions across the content lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Anthill Activator capabilities (Modular Content, RTE, i CVA, taxonomy and content distribution configurations).
• Manage delivery of platforms Authoring & Taxonomy application.
• Own delivery roadmap execution for Authoring & Taxonomy related initiatives & enhancements.
• Drive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with novartis standards and governance processes.
• Drive Agile/Dev Ops delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively.
• Support vendor management and contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements.
• Govern Anthill Activator platform configurations, workflows, forms, templates, permission models, and taxonomy structures.
• Provide delivery status, reporting, and insights to leadership.
• Lead release planning, change management, and environment management activities.
• Oversee platform health, stability, and operational excellence.

We are seeking a Content Enablement Authoring & Taxonomy Solution Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver innovative Content Enablement Authoring & Taxonomy products for Novartis International business teams. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver robust business use case’s, solutions and innovative approaches that drive outstanding Customer Experiences. You would be working closely with Novartis International Content Enablement business teams, applying their expertise to build solutions that align with our client needs. Desirable Requirement :

Knowledge of Digital Asset Management, Content Planning and Content authoring processes. Experience supporting international and multi-market deployments. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 57,900.00 - 82,700.00 - 107,500.00 EUR The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
