Job summary

Greenvolt Group seeks a Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead and strengthen the Group's HSE strategy across international operations. Reporting to the Sustainability & Corporate HSE Director, the role drives safety culture, risk management and continuous improvement while aligning with sustainability goals.

The successful candidate will translate strategic priorities into governance, standards and programmes, partnering with leaders to embed HSE into daily operations and project

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Level VI HSE qualification or equivalent.
• 10+ years of HSE experience in corporate, multi-site and international environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and evolution of the Group HSE strategy across businesses, projects and geographies.
• Develop and strengthen HSE governance, policies, standards and management systems aligned with ISO standards.
• Drive HSE performance management via KPIs, reporting, risk management, audits and assurance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and promote proactive risk mitigation.
• Embed HSE into decision-making, project development and day-to-day operations with business leaders.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement across international operations.
• Support integration of HSE priorities within Sustainability and ESG agendas for long-term value creation.
• Represent Greenvolt in industry forums and external engagements, bringing trends and best practices into the organisation.
