GMV is seeking a Global EHS Manager to define and evolve the occupational health, safety and environmental model across its international sites. You will lead a strategic and hands-on program, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in EHS performance.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, overseeing audits, incident investigations, and stakeholder engagement in multilingual, multicultural environments.

Formación

• Master’s degree related to Occupational Risk Prevention (Environmental, Health, and Safety) covering at least three specializations.
• Proven experience in the areas described above.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of other EU languages will be considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Define, coordinate and oversee GMV's global Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of the EHS system across international sites.
• Coordinate the work of the OHS team and external providers.
• Lead internal and external audits per ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
• Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective measures.
• Act as main contact with labor and environmental authorities when required.
• Promote a strong prevention culture and continuous improvement across sites.

Do you want to lead the global Health, Safety and Environment strategy in a growing international technology company and take on the challenge of fostering a strong prevention culture in highly demanding environments?

We are looking for our new Global EHS Manager, with a strategic vision and strong operational capabilities, to define, coordinate and evolve GMV's global Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental model, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all our international sites.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

Within our team, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating and overseeing GMV's global Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of the corporate EHS system across different locations.

This role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, leading the evolution of the global model as well as its maintenance and effective implementation across our international sites.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing the global Occupational Health & Safety strategy, aligned with corporate policy.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations in the countries where GMV operates.
• Coordinating the work of the OHS team and external providers.
• Leading and coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
• Overseeing the investigation of incidents and accidents, ensuring proper corporate reporting and implementation of corrective measures.
• Acting as the main point of contact with labor and environmental authorities when required.
• Promoting a strong prevention culture and continuous improvement across all international sites.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

The main requirements for this position are:

• Master’s degree related to Occupational Risk Prevention (Environmental, Health, and Safety), covering at least three specializations.
• Proven experience in the areas of responsibility described above.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of other EU languages will be considered an asset.
