Impala Terminals Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned HSE Systems, Governance & Assurance Lead to drive the global strategy for HSE management systems, data platforms and assurance programmes.

You will partner with regional and functional leaders to ensure accurate data, robust reporting and auditable processes across the group. You will establish a governance framework, lead digital system implementations, and deliver analytics that support risk insights and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety, environmental management, engineering, information systems, data management or related discipline.
• At least 5–10 years’ relevant experience in HSE systems, governance, assurance or performance reporting.
• Experience in high-risk industries such as terminals, logistics, oil and gas, construction or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated experience developing or improving HSE management systems and digital platforms.
• Experience planning and delivering HSE assurance programmes across multiple sites, business units or countries.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Data governance, analytics, system configuration and management reporting.
• Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, integrations or technology vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI or comparable tools.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain global governance for HSE systems, data, reporting and assurance.
• Ensure HSE data are accurate, complete, timely, secure and auditable.
• Maintain digital systems for incident management, audits, risk registers and ESG reporting.
• Deliver global HSE assurance programme and close findings timely.
• Provide performance analysis and risk insights to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of HSE standards and reporting across regions.
• Improve systems and data practices to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.
• Ensure regulatory and privacy compliance for HSE information.
