Job summary

SAUR Group is seeking an HR Trainee based in Madrid at the Gestagua office. You will support onboarding, offboarding, HR projects, and recruitment activities in an international environment. Fluency in English and French is required, Spanish is appreciated, and MS Office proficiency is essential.

The role starts September 2026 and offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You will sign an agreement with a university or professional school and gain hands-on experience across

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and able to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish appreciated.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories.
• Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives and help maintain HR systems and databases.
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement, performance reviews and training sessions.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment support; respond to employee inquiries and ensure policy compliance.
