Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to support internal HR services across Europe and international employees engaged through EOR arrangements, coordinating payroll, benefits, immigration, HRIS, and compliance with local requirements.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, Compliance, and HR Integration teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely processes, and effective employee relations across geographies; occasional travel up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years international HR management.
• Experience with European labor laws and cross-border employment.
• Experience managing EOR relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for Europe and international EOR populations.
• Support onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding; ensure documentation and system updates.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation using approved templates.
• Assist payroll, benefits, and immigration processes; liaise with providers.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
