Verisure in Madrid is seeking a Strategy Associate to grow through challenging projects, collaborating with colleagues across functions, and advancing an international career in HR & Communications.

You will join the Group HR Strategy team with exposure to top-tier consulting firms, contribute to strategic programs, and help shape communications, governance, and performance across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, delivery and international rollout of strategic communications and HR initiatives across markets.
• Develop and manage the Group's internal communications ecosystem, driving evolution, adoption and metrics.
• Shape Group HR Strategy and coordinate cross-country initiatives with end-to-end oversight.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to assess impact and define roadmaps for transformation.
• Coordinate with Group and local stakeholders for consistent HR and Communications delivery.
• Assist leadership in preparing materials for Board and Management meetings with clarity and impact.
