Verisure is seeking a talented HR Ops Trainee to join its international Group team in Madrid. The role offers development opportunities, exposure to global HR projects, and interaction with Group HR functions.

Candidates should be final-year master's students or graduates with strong analytical skills and English proficiency; Spanish is a plus and EU work authorization is required for internships. The role reports to the Group HR Business Partner and focuses on supporting HR processes, HR

  • Assist with recruitment: create job postings, monitor openings, support onboarding.
  • Provide daily HR-related support and respond to employee questions.

Key responsibilities

This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work on a range of critical HR topics and international projects, working in close collaboration with the International HRBP Team of the company.

The Main Tasks And Projects Would Include
  • Support HR Processes: Help with various HR processes, including performance management, development plans, and compensation reviews. You'll analyze data and create presentations for our management team.
  • HR systems (Workday): running reports, data quality checks, follow up on completion of assigned tasks, maintaining the org structures, employee support with ad-hoc requests.
  • Enhance Employee Experience: Review employee survey results, track progress, and help design impactful action plans.
  • Assist with Recruitment: Create job postings, monitor open positions, and support the onboarding process.
  • Provide Employee Support: Address daily HR-related questions and concerns.
Candidate profile
Qualifications
  • Final year’s master’s students in a relevant analytical discipline (human resources, business administration, organizational psychology or similar) and a strong academic track record.
  • MBA or HR / business-related previous internship or project will be a strong asset.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel). It will be part of your daily work.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and writing), willingness to occasionally travel. Spanish highly valued.
  • Position require EU work authorization or internship agreement.
Location

The role will be based in Madrid and report to Group HR Business Partner.
