SAUR is seeking a HR Trainee based in Madrid at Gestagua office. This role supports onboarding/offboarding, HR projects, data management, and recruitment support. Fluency in English and French is required; Spanish is a plus.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory to sign an agreement with a university or professional school.
• Ideally a first experience as HR trainee.
• Fluent in English and French. Spanish appreciated.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Available to start on September 2026

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St-Martin and St. Barthélemy)
• Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives
• Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions
• Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support
• Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies
