Verisure seeks a motivated candidate to support Learning & Development activities, in close collaboration with the Group L&D team and international stakeholders. The role emphasizes administration, platform support (Coursera, Workday) and programme coordination, with hands-on exposure to data reporting, communications, and HR system processes.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid policy (2 days home per week), this position welcomes final-year students or recent graduates in related fields, who are

Formación

• Final-year students or recent graduates welcome.
• Degrees in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Education, Sociology, Communications or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical skills and attention to detail essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration of learning programmes and trackers.
• Assist with learning platforms and systems (Coursera, Workday).
• Coordinate training logistics and calendars; track attendance.
• Prepare reports and summaries; support quarterly learning data updates.
• Create communications for programmes, launches and newsletters.
• Maintain HR learning documentation and processes across L&D.
