PayXpert is seeking a HR Business Partner – People Operations based in Madrid. You will manage the employee lifecycle, advise managers on People policies, and oversee payroll coordination across Spain, France, and the UK. The role requires strong knowledge of employment law and HR operations in a multinational fintech environment.

Fluent English and French are mandatory; Spanish is a strong asset. The position offers a hybrid work model in Madrid with competitive compensation and opportunities

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR, People Operations or Employee Relations in international organisations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination and industrial relations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the operational delivery of the employee lifecycle across Spain, France and the United Kingdom, including contractual changes and offboarding.
• Support managers and employees on operational People matters, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate payroll coordination, rewards administration and salary review cycles.
