Job summary

MANTU GROUP SA in Barcelona is seeking an HR Officer Intern to join our Corporate HR team starting in September. You will support onboarding, offboarding, HR processes, and data management in a multicultural, fast-growing environment.

This internship offers exposure to training development, HR reporting, payroll inputs, and internal communications, with English and French language use and exposure to AI tools within a dynamic global network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (ongoing or completed).
• First HR experience (internship or work-study).
• Interest in HR operations and development.
• Proactive mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Support documentation and integration of HR processes and policies.
• Help maintain and update HR records, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with the Academy team to review and develop training modules.
• Assist in HR reporting and dashboard creation, gathering and analyzing HR data.
• Provide support for payroll inputs and compensation topics.
• Address HR-related queries from team members (leaves, compensation, etc.).
• Contribute to improvement of HR procedures and lean management projects.
• Support organization of internal HR communications and events.
