Job summary

BUFF® is offering a hands-on internship in its People Operations team in Igualada, Spain. You will help keep employee data accurate in Personio and support day-to-day processes across HQ and Factory, including onboarding, hiring admin and offboarding.

You will be the main contact for the ticketing tool and assist with health and safety initiatives. We seek curious students studying Labour Relations who can sign an internship agreement, with Catalan/Spanish/English language skills and basic Excel

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Labour Relations and eligible to sign an internship agreement.
• Languages – Catalan / Spanish / English.
• Excel and AI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Keep employee data in Personio accurate and up to date for HQ and local teams.
• Coordinate onboarding, hiring administration and offboarding processes.
• Serve as main point of contact for the ticketing tool across HQ and Factory.
• Support factory employees with day‑to‑day People‑related matters and operational queries.
• Assist People Ops team in daily activities, collaborating with People Business Partners.
• Support Health & Safety initiatives such as medical check-ups and fire drills.
• Contribute to People Ops projects related to labour administration and data management.
