Job summary

AESC Spain is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the Spain HR team across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and international mobility from China to Spain. Fluency in Chinese, Spanish and English will help you bridge cultures and support expatriate and local staff from day one.

You will work closely with the HR team in Spain and at AESC headquarters in China, collaborating with hiring managers and external providers.

Qualifications

• Enrollment for 2026‑27 in an official Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Translation & Interpreting, or similar with internship agreement.
• Languages: Chinese (Mandarin) native or HS K 5+, Spanish C1 or native, English B2+.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Availability of at least 6 months, with schedule compatible with studies, on site Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding: post roles, screen CVs, schedule interviews, translate notes (ES/EN/ZH).
• Handle international mobility: assist immigration files and arrange related appointments, housing, and arrivals.
• Maintain HR admin & payroll inputs: personnel files, contract data, absences, and reporting in Excel.
