Job summary

Zoomlion in Spain is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in the Comunidad Valenciana. You will help manage the full employee lifecycle and support local and regional HR initiatives in line with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance and talent management, payroll coordination, and HR reporting. Fluency in Spanish and Chinese is required, along with strong MS Office skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law.
• Fluency in Chinese and Spanish required.
• Payroll preparation experience preferred.
• Experience with recruitment processes and employer branding.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enhance HR practices aligned with global and regional strategies.
• Manage timesheets and payroll-related tasks.
• Lead recruitment activities including ads, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Prepare local/regional/global HR reports and handle legal processes.
• Drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal communications.
