Emeren Group Ltd, a global renewable energy company, seeks a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the HR Director, Europe & North America, in end-to-end HR processes across EU and US. You will handle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, policy design, HR systems, and US payroll administration for a multi-country footprint.

You will coordinate with IT, payroll, and legal teams to ensure seamless employee experiences, GDPR-compliant data handling, and cross-country process

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business, or similar.
• 5-7 years of HR generalist experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in multi-country EU/US contexts preferred.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for EU and US markets.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding across EU/US.
• Manage employee queries on contracts, benefits, leave and policies.
• Support employee relations, documentation, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
• Assist with performance management, policy updates, and HRIS admin.
