Aleph is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join our People Service Delivery team in Europe, supporting employees and managers across multiple European countries, with a focus on the Baltic and Balkan regions.

The role delivers accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and HR services, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. A hands-on, detail-oriented professional is essential to navigate local requirements and contribute to regional initiatives.

Formación

• 3–7+ years of international HR and payroll across multiple European markets.
• Proven experience managing payroll in at least 4–5 European countries with internal and external partners.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, SD Worx, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for People Service Delivery topics and process requests.
• Perform data entry in HR systems and execute country-specific People Service Delivery activities.
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process for multiple European countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with external payroll partners and internal teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Review salary adjustments, bonuses, overtime, and statutory payments.
