Job summary

JD.com is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support logistics and warehouse operations in Spain and across Southern Europe. You will collaborate with leadership to drive talent strategy, manage performance, and lead recruitment for key roles while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, English fluency, and preferably Italian or Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in logistics or high-volume distribution.
• Fluent English; Italian or Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with logistics leadership to align HR priorities with business goals.
• Lead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for logistics and warehouse roles in Southern Europe (Italy/Spain).
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment compliant with local laws.
• Support change initiatives aligned with JD.com's global HR vision.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policy compliance (Italian and Spanish labor laws).
• Utilize HR data to improve programs and processes.
• Foster DEI and a culture of engagement across teams.
