SYNLAB International seeks a senior Workplace leader to drive a global team across multiple countries and time zones. You will define roles, performance expectations, and a path for transformation with strong ownership culture.

Responsibilities span architecture and operations of AD, Entra ID, PKI, RDS, M365, Intune, and IAM, while ensuring security, governance, and service quality across the organization.

Formación

• Several years in Workplace, Infrastructure or IT leadership roles.
• Experience leading international/distributed technical teams.
• Strong background in identity, access management and security.
• Hands-on knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a global Workplace team across countries.
• Define roles, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Drive transformation, capability building, and ownership.
• Establish culture of collaboration, transparency, and improvement.
