SYNLAB International seeks an IT Infrastructure Relationship Manager to bridge country IT and Group IT Infrastructure. You will coordinate demands, projects, and governance, translating complex technical topics into business terms for stakeholders worldwide.

In this senior role, you will manage service performance visibility, risks, and improvements while collaborating with country leaders, service owners, and project managers. This is a hybrid position with international exposure.

Formación

• Senior IT Infrastructure or related leadership role experience.
• Experience in large international and distributed organizations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary IT Infrastructure contact for assigned countries; align country requirements with Group IT priorities.
• Coordinate country infrastructure demands, project milestones, dependencies, and readiness.
• Provide visibility into service performance, risks, and project status; escalate blockers as needed.
• Consolidate input from multiple teams into clear, business-friendly communication; track actions and deadlines.
