Blu is seeking an AI Engineering & Platform Lead in Madrid, Spain, to own the architectural vision and governance of global AI capabilities within a hybrid work model. You will drive enterprise-scale AI platforms, set MLOps standards, and lead a diverse team of data scientists and AI engineers across regions.

Must have 8+ years in IT/engineering with leadership in AI/ML, strong security and data platform knowledge, and English proficiency; French is a plus.

Formación

• 8+ years in IT or engineering with leadership in AI/ML.
• Expert in enterprise AI environments (Azure ML, Azure Databricks) and production MLOps/LLMOps.
• Strong architecture, security, and data platform knowledge.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in multinational settings.
• Professional English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategic technical roadmap for the enterprise AI platform (Azure ML, Databricks) and design scalable frameworks for LLMs, CV, and Predictive Analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers.
• Establish enterprise‑wide MLOps/LLMOps standards with strict data privacy, security and governance.
• Coordinate technical resource allocation for global projects and translate business challenges into technical strategies.
