Apex Group in Valencia, Spain seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist to coordinate end-to-end onboarding for Jersey market clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from Sales to BAU. You will manage onboarding activities, document reviews, and client communications to deliver compliant, high-quality service.

The role requires a degree in Law/Business/Finance, 1–3 years in funds, strong English skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset within a global team.

Formación

• Degree in Law, Business or Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the investment funds industry.
• Understanding of funds industry, structures and regulatory needs.
• Knowledge of KYC requirements is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work semi-supervised.
• Strong client-facing, organisational and communication skills.
• Professional level English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding end-to-end from Sales to BAU.
• Be first point of contact for onboarding queries.
• Coordinate adoptions, fund documentation review and account openings.
• Assist in project planning and cross-team coordination.
• Provide regular status updates and run weekly project calls.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing client service agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal on templates and controls.
• Support onboarding across fund administration and related services.
