Job summary

OVRSEA in Barcelona is seeking an Operations Executive for an internship or paid work placement. You will coordinate international transport with carriers and brokers, and act as the main point of contact for clients across air, sea, road and rail shipments.

You will keep clients informed about shipment progress, resolve issues with agility, and help develop supplier relationships while contributing to ongoing operational improvements. A highly proactive, communicative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Internship or work experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
• Strong interest in transport industry and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international transport with carriers, agents, and brokers.
• Keep clients informed on shipment progress and key milestones.
• Develop supplier relationships and contribute to operational strategies.
• Support with inbound/outbound logistics across air, sea, road, and rail.
