Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related.
• Significant FP&A experience supporting global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills with large datasets.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior leaders.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal reporting authority.
• Strong project management skills for complex deliverables and priorities.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global FP&A calendar with key deliverables and milestones.
• Own month-end close and reporting, resolve variances across DD&IT.
• Prepare dashboards, variance commentary and leadership-ready materials.
• Coordinate outlook submissions and monthly business reviews.
• Lead budget and three-year target planning with models and templates.
• Monitor data quality and resolve issues with data owners.
• Track forecast accuracy, explain deviations and identify risks/opportunities.
• Perform robust modelling/analysis on large datasets to support decisions.
• Influence senior leaders to align priorities and financial outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end planning and automation improvements.
