Novartis in Barcelona seeks Associate Director BPA - Biomedical Research to partner with global research leaders, shaping financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights to guide investments.

You will combine financial expertise with business acumen across Neuroscience and other disease areas, lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver insightful analyses, and drive resource optimization in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple business functions.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Shape financial strategy with global research leaders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across Biomedical Research functions.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis that drives performance and resource optimization.
