Novartis in Barcelona is seeking a Manager, Business Planning & Analysis DD&IT Projects to partner with senior leaders, provide financial insights, and evaluate investment opportunities that maximize business value. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for DD&IT project investments, develop robust business cases, and support data-driven decisions across global teams.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic and investment decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for DD&IT project investments.
Evaluate risks/opportunities and recommend actions to maximize value.
Monitor projects and portfolio performance with early warnings and resource recommendations.
Develop robust business cases and profitability analyses.
Improve forecast accuracy through data integrity reviews and trend analysis.
Simplify and enhance reporting processes for transparency and decision support.
