Job summary

Rover in Barcelona seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead international revenue forecasting and financial modeling. You will work with central teams and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate plans and strategic insights.

Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with cohort analysis are essential. Hybrid or flexible work arrangements exist, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a business or quantitative field with strong analytical thinking.
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, or related roles with forecasting focus.
• Proven track record of developing and managing complex financial models.
• Experience with user retention modeling and cohort analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence leadership with concise presentations.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for international revenue aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Product to gather model inputs.
• Monitor performance vs forecast and advise on key revenue drivers.
• Identify risks and opportunities to ensure financial targets are met.
• Analyze cohort models to understand consumer behavior for future planning.
• Develop reporting for visibility to performance and early problem spotting.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency in the role.
