Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Controller to lead the financial close processes for our international entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all markets. You will own the general ledger, consolidate results, and partner with the CFO on strategic reporting.

You will manage and develop the accounting team, implement scalable processes, ensure IFRS compliance, and onboard new entities as the business expands.

Formación

• 3–5 years in a senior accounting role.
• Own the numbers end-to-end, comfortable with detail and accountable for outcomes.
• Strong command of accounting principles and the full month-end and year-end close.
• Experience across more than one country or legal entity.
• Onboarded accounting for a new entity or market before or readiness to do so.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• IFRS knowledge and multi-entity consolidation is a strong plus; ACCA/CIMA bonus.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and own the full month-end and year-end close across international entities.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to ensure reliable finance operations.
• Own the general ledger, reconciliations, payables/receivables, and financial statements.
• Maintain clean books across entities and onboard new entities as we expand.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax requirements; be the audit contact.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline accounting workflows within the ERP to stay lean and scalable.
• Collaborate with CFO and leadership to provide accurate numbers and insights.
