Olala! is seeking a senior financial leader to oversee day-to-day accounting, controls, and tax compliance across multiple Spanish entities. You will drive budgeting, reporting, audits, and cashflow planning while mentoring a 4-person team.

The role requires 5–10+ years in accounting/finance, Spanish CPA, and strong ERP/automation experience. This on-site position sits at the heart of our Spain operations and supports global hospitality and real estate initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field in Spain; CPA required.
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with financial reporting standards, audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formula-driven financial modeling.
• Experience in the hospitality/real estate sector and with related PMS and payment platforms.
• Proven experience managing external auditors through a full statutory audit cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare monthly fin package with full analysis of the results.
• Manage cash flow planning and working capital.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
• Implementing the company's ERP system Holded.
• Prepare yearly budget with coordination of all relevant departments.
• Lead end-to-end statutory audits with external audit firms.
• Own Spanish-specific tax compliance: Corporate Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes, among others.
• Operate across a multi-entity environment comprising 15+ Spanish group companies.
• Supervise a 4-person accounting team.
