Nextlane is seeking a senior finance leader to own global accounting, treasury, and controlling across Europe. You will drive policy, automation, and centralized delivery while partnering with the CFO and FP&A to support strategic decision-making.

The role requires extensive IFRS, local GAAP knowledge, and experience in multinational, multi-entity environments, with leadership of a distributed team across France and Spain. Hybrid work and strong collaboration are offered.

Formación

• 10+ years in accounting, controlling, or finance operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (managing teams of 5+)
• 3+ years in a global, multi-entity, or multinational environment.
• Native level in French and C1 level in English are mandatory (Interview in both languages).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Track record of process transformation and automation within finance.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enforce consistent accounting policies, standards, and procedures across all locations and entities in the Group.
• Own global accounting and treasury processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (IFRS, local GAAP, audits).
• Lead internal audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Design and manage a global chart of accounts and accounting system architecture.
• Redesign accounting workflows to enable automation and AI initiatives.
• Establish centers of excellence for consolidation, inter-company accounting, and month-end procedures.
• Lead the transition from regional processes to centralized, scalable functions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global controlling team.
