Getnet in Madrid area is seeking a Finance Transformation Process & Technology Analyst to drive end-to-end finance process redesign and system-enabled improvements. You will collaborate with global teams to map current processes, design target-state models, and translate requirements into technical specs.

Strong expertise in ERP, process mining, RPA, and analytics is required, along with fluent English and Spanish. Hybrid on-site work in Boadilla del Monte is offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence or related areas.
• Experience mapping end-to-end finance processes and working with ERP platforms.
• Ability to translate requirements into technology-enabled improvements.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end finance processes across key domains (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A).
• Document process steps, roles, data flows, controls, and interfaces.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization.
• Design target-state processes, RACI models, and data flows.
• Translate needs into clear requirements for tech teams and vendors.
• Assess ERP optimization, RPA, process mining, and analytics opportunities.
